Chanel's Newbury Street location is one of their best! I preferred it even over their location at the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, and also had a wider selection of ready to wear, handbags, watches, and assessories. I really hope Chanel opens up a second and larger boutique in Boston, possible at another Newbury location or Natick Collection

I love Chanel and absolutely love the store. It has a great variety of things and the staff are very helpful. Also, it has an awesome location, right next to Boston Common!!!! There are bags, shoes, accessories, ready-to-wear, and even a makeup counter!

This Chanel carries many styles of the Chanel rhinestone logo earrings. They had the exact ones I have been looking for, but they were in gold, instead of silver, so a very helpful sales associate named Leslie tracked them down in another Chanel store and is having them shipped to me free of charge. So even though it's a small boutique, they are willing to search other stores so you don't have to!

The only complaint I have is a brunette sales associate with a European accent... she had no interest in helping me and actually told me there were no other earrings besides the ones on display, then I saw her show another customer earrings in another drawer. She also told me that Chanel does not ship from anywhere and just didn't care about helping me (maybe because I'm young but sucks for her, lost the commission).
