The gentleman in this quaint establishment was patient and attentive to my request. He created a repoire with me which allowed him to know what I wanted without asking. Amazing!! This ring has a very unique setting. I am thrilled with the quality and attentive service. I visit this store everytime I am in Boston. I have not found anything quite like it anywhere else.

I was looking for a place to replace the battery in my watch, and after 2 unsuccessful attempts at the mall, I walked down Newbury and found this place. They were SO nice and put a new battery in my watch in less than 5 minutes. On top of that, it was less expensive than the Copley stores. This place is a gem!

It's always the little places with the most interesting selections. Forget the bigger-named places, I found the perfect valentine's day gift today, thanks to the help of the wonderful staff!
