Rather cheeky, opening their first US store in the home of the Boston Tea Party! Whittard's tea is the best. I've been ordering it from England for years. I'm delighted that they have finally come to America. I highly recommend the Earl Grey.

Since visiting Boston this past October, I have been trying to buy more coffee through the website. The Whittard website from England is all in euros and not directly linked to this store. Recommendation...get a website so I can buy your coffee online!

Once you have their tea you will never go back to drinking anything else available in the US. The quality is superb and all of the blends I've tried so far have been impeccable. They have the perfect Earl Grey, a lovely signature Afternoon Blend, an amazing mango blend (smells just like fresh mangos) and of course their famous Sticky Toffee Pudding, which is down right addicting. These are just a few of hundreds of varieties in stock. The best part about the store is the staff, who are all very nice and extremely helpful for picking out the right teas and gifts for any need. They can also instruct you on how to brew tea, which as it turns out is a pretty specific art and varies based on the blend. The simple instruction to remove the tea bag from the cup after reaching the desired strength really improved my tea-drinking experience. But the real joy is in loose-leaf teas, a pleasure Americans really miss out on. Whittard has everything you need to get started and truly enjoy tea as a delicacy rather than a commodity.

A nice shop with nice staff. I'm completely in love with their Sticky Toffee Pudding and the 1886 Blend is a really nice tea also.

This is the best tea I have ever had! I am completely addicted to it, however it is getting difficult to order here in the states. My usual distributor for the last three years isn't carrying it anymore. I'm hoping friends in San Diego can get it for me at that store. Hoping for a store in Seattle soon!

one of my all time favourite stores, and so glad they have come state-side. in addition to their lovely teas, (and i highly recommend their darjeeling, among others) they have some of the nicest collections of teacups, soup mugs, coffee tea or chocolate pots, and the like. my mum had been searching for the perfect soup mug for months and it turned out to have been there at whittards all along. highly recommend this store!!

Had never had their tea until picking up some for a friend on my trip to New England last fall. Have been drinking it ever since, delicious. To the person who wants to buy coffee online check out Anniesteatime.com. She is based in Ca. and may have your coffee. Try the Summer Pudding tea. It is to die for. I highly reccommend all the teas I have bought from Whittard and find the staff to be very helpful.

For those looking to buy Whittard tea, you can call the Newbury store and place an order over the phone. So far, this is the cheapest route I've found to getting my Whittard tea!

I was so excited to find the store on Newbury St on a recent trip to Boston! I have been looking for Whittard's English Breakfast ever since drinking this tea with friends in England over 10 years ago. And it still tastes as wonderful as I remember!
