I called on Dec 21 at 5:30 and needed a Wax Beaufort sent overnight for delivery on Dec 24. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and even said that she would run the coat out to the UPS truck for me, since they had already stopped for today's shippment. That's service!
Nice things
Great store. Nice selection. We were there not to long ago, however, the manager, Ken, seemed more interested in talking on the phone, then assisting us. He was downright rude and obnoxious! I swear if I had a reporting tool, I'd report that XXXX, for significantly misrepresenting himself! Maybe I should contact the company? Is that the kind of person, Barbour by Peter Eliott wants working for them? Any suggestions anyone?
