When I went to G Spa I was greeted with a smile (sometimes rare on Newbury St) and the friendliest staff!! At first I thought it was kinda small till I realized there was an upstairs. The salon and staff made me feel so comfortable. They are not pretencious at all!! I got an express facial with a lady named Yoon(spelling??). The facial was so good, the extractions did not hurt one bit! Laura did my haircut which I love. I was a little nervous to get layers and short side bangs since my last cut was horrendous. She made me feel at ease and confident, so I wasnt nervous at all during the cut. She also did a deep conditioning treatment at the sink..amazing!! The neck massage was soo good, definitely worth the 45$ extra not to mention my hair felt so healthy.
