My teenage daughter lost all her body hair a few months ago including her eyelashes and eyebrows. The staff at Lux Lash were caring, patient and kind to her. They spent a great deal of time teaching her to apply her new eyelashes and encouraged her to come back if she needed extra help. (She did and there was no charge.) Additionally, they charge half price for their services and products when the client has a medical condition such as Alopecia. They are truly excellent at what they do!
I have been going to Lux Lash for about six months. It is a beautiful and relaxing environment for a treatment that produces anxiety for me. My brows are unruly and the staff at Lux Lash has done wonders with them. Each one is a perfectionist.....I am constantly amazed at what a great job they do with my brows. I have had my brows done at a number of salons on Newbury Street but this is clearly head and shoulders above anyone.....
My husband surprised me with a full lash application for my birthday. The results are incredible. I have long, luxurious lashes that look very real. I don't feel anything on my eyes, unlike the weighted feeling of the false strip eyelashes. They are fairly easy to care for and they still look very full a week later. They are well worth the money.
