Unlike so many US Craft shops which major on industrial pieces of carved carved wood, unsubtle glass and 'native' silver jewelry the Artful Hand is filled with original pieces which scream art rather than artisan at the shopper. I have been adding to my wife's specatacular jewelry collection from here for almost 20 years and I still visit every time I'm in Boston.

The shop is filled with wondrous works by many different artists. Sarah, who works here, was very helpful with our questions. She was an asset to our shopping experience. Answering us with a fabulous demeanor, and very knowledgeable about the artists. Thanks Sarah, you made shopping here a pleasure.

I've been shopping here for at least 15 years. It has a little of everything. Glass, artwork, decorative items, and oh! - the jewelry. They have everything from simple items to fine jewelry.
Definitely a place to stop when you're at Copley. Probably my favorite store.
